It’s the fun and authentic way to capture special messages from your big day. You can listen back to the heartfelt, the sentimental, or the drunken voices of your wedding guests over and over again!
Our fun range of vintage phones are easy to use and can be personalised to your day.
Guests pick up the receiver to hear your personalised greeting message.
They #leaveamessage and place the receiver back on the hook to safely store it.
After your event, we process the messages and share these with you to keep forever!
We’ll deliver your audio guestbook at least 2 days prior to your event.
Unbox the phone and get it set up for your event. Make sure to keep the packaging.
Rebox the phone after your event and use the shipping label to send it back to us.
You'll receive a link to your audio files within 5 working days of your phone being returned.
We have an all-inclusive hire fee which covers all postage, audio processing, and digital audio delivery. It does not include any add ons such as Audio Guestbook Signage or the USB Drive.
Winter season pricing (May – October) is $250 per event
Summer season pricing (November – April) is $280 per event
We’ll deliver your phone at least 2 days prior to your event. You’ll receive a tracking email when your phone is dispatched (this is a 1-3 days courier service depending where you are based in NZ).
It’s super easy! Simply record your personalised greeting message (we’ll provide instructions) then find the perfect spot to display the phone at your venue. No batteries, phone lines, or charging cables required.
There are no restrictions on the number of messages you can collect. We typically see anywhere from 20-80 quality messages recorded at a wedding – ranging from the heartfelt to the late night pizza orders!
Of course! You can collect messages before your event and up until your return day. Just be sure to keep the receiver on the hook when not in use to preserve the phone battery.
We’ll provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label – attach this to your parcel and drop it at your nearest NZ Post Shop (or arrange a courier pick up) within 2 days of your event.
We know weddings are busy and sometimes unpredictable, but please note you may be charged a fee if your phone is returned late, damaged, or lost.
After your event, you’ll receive all audio files digitally via an email link. These will be available to download for 30 days. You’re welcome to share this link with your loved ones so they can re-live the memories with you!
You can also add on your own (Leave) A Message in a Bottle USB Drive which we will send to you in the mail. This comes at an extra cost of $30.
